Hasty Philosophies is the equivalent of a modern demo tape. It was created over three days of improvised instrumental sketching, warts and all. All tracks were recorded in the order you hear them and the album is meant to be listened to in one continuous go. Some additional mixing and clean-up was done for wide release, but for the most part the tracks you hear are exactly as they happened.

After recording these tracks I listened to this on and off for almost a year. I learned that it syncs nicely with driving, walking through downtown Seattle or doing anything where thoughts carry the moment.

I‘d love to expand and improve these tracks. Or make a music video for Teledildonics Startup (seriously). However, it is rejuvenating to create and release something as it occurred without reworking or fussing over it for months and months. This is one of the most refreshing things an artist can do. And here we are.
